Rev L Newman is a 3rd Generation Astrologer and mystic student, an ordained Spiritualist Minister, and Hospice Counselor. She’s often recognized, due to her years of fundraising for PBS TV. The National Association of Female Executives sighted her “commitment to excellence, and ability to bring spirituality to everyday business.” She founded Spirit, one of the first research groups in Michigan, working on Paranormal experiments, hauntings, and reincarnation.

 

As Director of MotherPeace Drum, she and her group have raised their prayer for Peace, over 1,500 times, since their inception 23 years ago. They were honored as the first drum circle in history, invited to drum at Pine Ridge Reservation, in tribute to Wounded Knee.

 

Thanks to touring as a Stand Up comedienne, she offers mystical truths, in a witty, entertaining manner. In a study of Great Lakes Area metaphysicians the Detroit News said, “ If this article were the Freedom Festival Fireworks, Rev Newman would be the Grand Finale !”
